Attempting to activate a couple of PC's on Windows Home to Pro (Windows 10 and 11) and getting error. Process taken: Windows Icon> Settings> Update and Security> Activation> Change Product Key. Error in return is The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again (0xc004f050). Tried alternative route of going through command prompt and using: slmgr /upk, slmgr/ipk (Activation Key), slmgr/ato. Received error of error 0xc004f069 on a computer running Microsoft windows non-core edition run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xc004f069 to display the error text. and the software licensing service reported that product sku is not found. Also did basics of restarting, checking time, running as administrator, used generic key, etc. Checked with partner who provided the key and verified that they key is valid and functional. Spoke with Microsoft and they suggested that we do a re-install with Windows via the ISO on these devices and input the product key in from there since they are currently on Home. Since that way could take longer and possibly lose some data, wanted to reach out to see if there were any other ideas on an alternative for this update?
